Everyone’s a diamond expert now… 😏💎

Lab-grown diamonds have made beautiful diamonds more affordable — and I’m a HUGE fan. I’ve been working with them long before they became the trendy thing to sell.

But “we’re cheaper” isn’t enough.

Who grew the diamond? How was it grown? How quickly was it grown? What about quality and sustainability?

Price matters. But so does what you’re actually getting for that price.

After almost 20 years in this industry, I’ll say it again: great value and cheap are not the same thing.

I’m calling myself out. 😬

At the beginning of this year, I promised myself I would post every day. Then life and business got very busy.

Between running our Airbnb, designing custom jewelry and marketing and doing PR for my new book, *Stop Cock-Blocking Your Dating Life*, social media slowly fell to the bottom of the list—and I’ve been pretty MIA.

But if I’m being completely honest, being busy isn’t the only reason. I’ve also been overthinking what I post and worrying about making every video look polished and perfect.

So, I’m taking my own advice: get out of my head and just do it.

I’m going to start showing up, making videos and sharing what I’m working on—even when it isn’t perfect. Especially when it isn’t perfect.

Here’s to less overthinking and more doing. Let’s see if I can keep this promise to myself. 😉

Sterling silver = 92.5% pure.

Anything else?

You better ask questions.

Because:

Silver-plated = coating
Nickel silver = not silver

I bought “sterling” hoops once…

They beep at airport security.

That’s how I know.

Lesson learned.
