Yes. A lab grown diamond is a real diamond, with the same carbon structure, hardness, and sparkle as a mined one.
The only difference is where it grew. A mined diamond formed underground over millions of years; a lab grown diamond forms in a few weeks in a machine that recreates the same heat and pressure. Both are pure crystallised carbon, both rate 10 on the Mohs scale, and a jeweller can't tell them apart by eye, and neither can you. They're graded on the same 4Cs by the same labs, so every diamond in your jewelry is a real diamond in every way that matters. It's the same stone, without the mined price.
