Yes, completely. Every lab grown diamond I set, the centre and both side stones, is carbon crystallised the same way a mined diamond is, with the same hardness, brilliance, and chemical and optical properties. It is not cubic zirconia and it is not moissanite, which are different materials. All three stones are graded on the same 4Cs and certified by IGI or GIA.
